Due to the density restrictions for classrooms and programming space, all student organization meetings will be required to be held virtually.

Student organizations can still have in-person events, but they must meet appropriate campus density restrictions and CDC guidelines.  Given the density restrictions, this will greatly limit the amount of space we have for events.

There is a new event check-in app that student organizations will need to utilize to track attendance for their in-person events (training for how to utilize the app will be done at the Student Group Leadership Summit)

Groups will not be able to have bake sales.

Off-campus travel for student organizations is heavily discouraged and must adhere to density guidelines for vehicles.   No student organization travel can be done out of state. All travel will require a form on Involved@TU to be completed before travel can be approved. No off-campus group-based community service.  Updates concerning Tiger Stripes will be made available soon.
